Course Contents Table

Streamed Lectures:

Here you can find animated slides as well as notes being written on a “virtual” overhead projector. Clicking on the lecture causes it to download and to play automatically on both PC’s and Macs.

Notes:

The Notes consist of the slides, which are printed two to a page. There is no animation, but there is room on the page to take notes from the streamed and/or recorded lectures. These notes are found in the course-pack which you should buy (unless you want to print them out) at Budget Printing.

Problems:

The interactive problems are of two types: some are a quick check on whether you’ve followed the lecture; some allow for more exploration of the subject of the lecture. Your computer must have Excel installed for these to work.

Homework:

The Homework Problems for the course are all on the LON-CAPA system. These are the problems that are graded. Do not attempt to solve the problems just from having looked at the notes. You need to hear the lecture. Click here to log on to LON-CAPA
