Determining the most efficient use of a mobile retro-reflectometry van.

To determine how many readings (or length of roadway if the readings are continuous) it takes for our mobile retro reflectometry van to provide a reliable retro reflectivity value for a length of roadway. This year we're going to have 10% of the length of each roadway measured. Last year we did 20%. We wonder if we could do 1% or should we do 50% or could we just do 10% of one route?
